Nicholas Siew is an experienced professional in business strategy and operational management with a strong focus on enhancing educational accessibility and organizational resilience. Currently serving as the Head of Business Strategy at FrogAsia since September 2021, Nicholas is dedicated to implementing strategies that bridge the educational gap for K-12 students in Malaysia exacerbated by Covid-19. Prior to this role, Nicholas held various positions at Alpha International, including Deputy Chief Operating Officer for the Asia Pacific region, where efforts were made to strengthen operations during the pandemic. Additional experience includes leadership roles in product strategy and global impact evaluation. Earlier in the career, Nicholas worked at KPMG Australia, progressing from Consultant to Manager, specializing in organizational design, and started with communication strategy execution at Weber Shandwick. Nicholas holds an MSc in Health Systems Management from Imperial College London and a BA in Geography with a focus on Development Studies from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
