Rahiza Dalik is an experienced operations and account management professional currently serving as Operation Lead at FrogAsia since March 2012. In this role, Rahiza manages two teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and maintaining effective relationships with various stakeholders, including government departments and educational institutions in Malaysia. Previous roles include Communications Officer and Team Coordinator at FrogAsia, where Rahiza focused on stakeholder engagement and training coordination, respectively. Prior to FrogAsia, Rahiza worked at YTL Communications Sdn Bhd as an SOPP Executive, developing operating procedures for new projects, and at Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia as a Government Secondary School Teacher, managing classroom administration and teaching English. Rahiza holds a Bachelor of Education in Teaching English as a Second or Other Language from The University of Auckland, along with additional education qualifications from the same university and the International Languages Teacher Training Institute.
