Imre Hegedus is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business process management, consulting, and education. Currently serving as the Managing Director of Imre Hegedus Consulting since March 2006, Imre focuses on enhancing business processes to improve product and service quality. In addition to consulting roles at FromHereOn as an Associate Consultant and Capability Network as an Associate Partner, Imre holds an honorary position as Adjunct Associate Professor at Deakin University, contributing to the MBA program with expertise in Systems Thinking and Technology Enablement. Imre's previous experience includes leadership positions at Telstra Corporation, where significant advancements in process management and improvement were achieved. Imre also serves as Director for BPM Link, facilitating the longest-running Business Process Management Forum in the Asia Pacific, and as a Language Teacher in Hungarian. Imre's academic background consists of a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the University of Melbourne and dual Bachelor degrees in Applied Science and Arts from La Trobe University.
