Hui Xu is a Senior Scientist I at Frontage Laboratories, Inc. since April 2022, specializing in the bioanalysis of biomarkers, antibodies, antibody-drug conjugates, fusion proteins, peptides, and small molecules using LC MS/MS, as well as extracting biologics from various biological matrices. Prior to this role, Hui Xu served as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at The University of Texas at San Antonio from November 2020 to April 2022, developing expertise in molecular biology techniques, recombinant protein expression in E. coli, and protein purification utilizing AKTA chromatography systems. Hui Xu holds a PhD in Chemistry and Biochemistry from Auburn University and a Bachelor's degree in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation from Fujian Medical University.
