Rachael Steinhauer

Rachael Steinhauer, RALAT, is a seasoned professional in the field of drug metabolism and pharmacokinetics (DMPK) with extensive experience in animal facility management and veterinary science. Currently serving as Associate Director at Frontage Laboratories, Inc. since March 2014, Rachael oversees daily operations, ensures compliance with safety and study protocols, and provides mentorship and training to team members. Previous roles include Vivarium Manager and Scientist/Team Leader at the same company, as well as positions at Charles River Laboratories, Pfizer, and various veterinary hospitals. Rachael holds a strong educational background from Cedar Valley College and Souderton Area High School, underscoring a commitment to excellence in research, animal care, and regulatory compliance.
