Swathi Gurumurthy

Swathi Gurumurthy is a Scientist at Frontage Laboratories, Inc. since May 2023, specializing in the preparation and qualification of controls and reagents for immunoassay methods for therapeutic proteins. Previously, Swathi worked as a Graduate Student Researcher at Columbia University Irving Medical Center, conducting research under Dr. Riccardo Dalla-Favera. Experience also includes a research internship at the National Cancer Centre Singapore focusing on genetic polymorphisms related to clozapine drug levels, as well as short-term roles at MAHSA University, Indo-American Hybrid Seeds, and Biozone Research Technologies, where practical skills in molecular biology and histopathology were developed. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from Sathyabama Institute of Science & Technology, complemented by an educational foundation in Singapore.
