David Cesar

David Cesar is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the public sector, currently serving as a Senior Finance Officer and Team Leader for Policy, Transaction & Training at Frontex since September 2019. Prior to this role, David worked at the European Maritime Safety Agency from March 2004 to October 2019 as a Senior Financial Assistant. Academically, David holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Procurement, Logistics, and Supply Chain Management from The University of Salford (2014-2016) and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Accounting and Business/Management from Loughborough University (1993-1997).
