James Moldon has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. James started their career at Tey Farm Systems in 2004 as an Associate Director. From 2006 to 2008, they served as the Managing Director of H20 Group, overseeing various sectors including domestic irrigation and lighting systems. In 2008, they joined R Delamore Limited as a Commercial Director, specializing in young plant propagation. Since 2011, they have been associated with Frontier Agriculture, first as the Head of Technical Services and currently as the Head of Sustainable Crop Production.
