Head Of Digital And IT Transformation at Frontier Agriculture

Rachel Jones has a strong background in digital and IT transformation. Rachel is currently serving as the Head of Digital and IT Transformation at Frontier Agriculture since November 2021. Before that, they held various roles at Kingfisher plc, including Head of Strategic Programmes, Group Technology, and Programme Lead - Digital Experience, from April 2018 to October 2021. Rachel also briefly worked as the Interim Head of Product Engineering at BHS from April to May 2018. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Digital Enterprise at Maplin Electronics from October 2015 to March 2018. Rachel's earlier experiences include roles at Home Retail Group (Homebase) and Home Retail Group PLC, where they held positions such as Digital Enterprise Manager, Solutions and Test Manager, Multi Channel Solutions Manager, eCommerce Test and Optimisation Manager, and Multi Channel Quality Manager.

Rachel Jones attended the University of Liverpool from 1988 to 1991, where they completed their undergraduate degree in Modern History with a focus on African Studies.
