Stuart Benham has extensive experience in HR, holding various leadership roles in different companies. Stuart is currently the Head of HR at Frontier Agriculture since April 2023. Prior to that, Stuart served as the Head of HR at Weetabix from July 2018 to April 2023. Stuart also held interim positions as Head of HR UK at SYNTHOMER (UK) LIMITED and as HR Director at OneSchool UK. Stuart has previous experience in the food and beverage industry, working as a Snr HR Manager at PepsiCo from September 2015 to June 2017 and as a Snr HR Manager at Barratt Developments plc from April 2010 to June 2012. Stuart also served as a HR Business Partner at Banco Santander from March 2005 to July 2009. Stuart's early career includes roles as HR Manager at Northern Foods and as an Area Personnel Officer at British Steel.
Stuart Benham pursued their education starting in 1992 at the University of Warwick, where they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in History & Politics in 1995. Stuart furthered their academic pursuits at the University of Warwick's Warwick Business School from 1995 to 1996, earning a Master of Arts degree in Industrial Relations.
