Catherine Skokowski

Catherine Skokowski is an experienced tax professional currently serving as the Tax Director and Head of Tax at Frontier Airlines since March 2023, overseeing all aspects of federal, state, local, and international income tax and indirect tax planning and compliance. Prior to this role, Catherine held positions at The New York Times as Executive Tax Director and Senior Tax Counsel, as well as Tax Counsel. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior Manager in the Merger and Acquisitions Tax Group at KPMG US and as Tax Counsel at NBCUniversal, Inc. Catherine began her career as an Associate in the Tax Group at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP. Catherine earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Fordham University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from Columbia University.
