Michael Knoll is a seasoned network engineer with extensive experience across various roles in telecommunications and network engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Network Engineer at Frontier Communications since September 2021, Michael is responsible for researching and designing access technologies, troubleshooting network issues, and developing documentation and test plans. Previous roles include Network Telecommunications Engineer at Verizon, where capacity requirements for transport networks were defined, and various engineering positions at Collinear Networks, Calix, Optical Solutions Inc, ADC Telecommunications, Process Measurement Company, Contrex, Inc., and the US Army. Michael holds a diploma in Electronics Technology from North Hennepin Community College and has further educational background from NEI College of Technology and City Colleges of Chicago.
