Richard Cristobal has over 36 years of experience in network engineering and planning, currently serving as a Senior Network Planning Engineer at Frontier Communications since October 1997. In this role, Richard is responsible for long-range interoffice facilities planning, including fiber and optical equipment, and preparing work order packages for detailed engineering. Prior to this, Richard worked at Verizon Communication from February 1987 to October 1997 in OSP Engineering, where responsibilities included investigating plant records, addressing no-facility situations, and preparing job and project packages. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology, Electronics from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and an Associate of Science in Engineering Technology-Electronics from Los Angeles Community College District.
