Joshua Shepherd

Joshua Shepherd is a highly experienced animator with a career spanning over a decade in the animation industry. Currently serving as Principal/Lead Animator at Frontier Developments since November 2015, Joshua has held various roles including Senior Animator and Graduate Animator within the same company. Prior to this, experience includes training at 2D Animation Academy, freelance work as a Web Developer at Wilstone, and 3D animation at Tripmine Studios, contributing to projects like ‘Operation Black Mesa’. Additional roles in animation include work at Dog Ears and Secret Box Studios, where skills in teamwork and character design were honed. Joshua's diverse background also includes digital media generalist work at Titan Motorsport and experience in hospitality at DoubleTree by Hilton. Educational qualifications include a BA in Computer Animation Arts from Bournemouth University.
