Łukasz Stawarz

Łukasz Stawarz is a seasoned professional in user research and production, currently serving as a Senior Producer (User Research) at Frontier Developments since April 2023. Prior to this role, Łukasz was the Head of UX Research at ALL iN! GAMES from August 2019 to April 2023, where significant contributions included scaling the internal UX team and establishing a comprehensive UX Research Department. Responsibilities encompassed various research methodologies and outsourcing services while maintaining high standards for internal projects. Earlier experience includes the role of Head of Concert Production and Artistic Personnel Management at Sinfonietta Cracovia from August 2017 to July 2019, where Łukasz oversaw concert production and managed artistic personnel.
