Olga Novikova

Olga Novikova is an experienced engineering and project management professional with a strong background in software development and team leadership. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Frontier Developments since February 2022, Olga has previously held key roles at Yandex Go, where responsibilities included managing multiple projects and coordinating with various external teams. Previous positions include Project Manager at RAMBLER&Co, UA Manager at Playrix, and Project Manager at Pixonic, among others. With a Master's degree in Computer Science from Pryazovsky State Technical University, Olga has developed expertise in managing large teams, launching MVPs, and executing user acquisition campaigns across a diverse tech stack, including C++, Python, and ReactJS.
