Monica Molana

Monica Molana is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management, human resources, and project coordination. Currently serving as Program Consultant II and Project Manager at Frontier Energy, Inc. since December 2014, Monica previously held the position of Program Coordinator at the Food Service Technology Center, where responsibilities included schedule organization and budget management. Earlier experience includes roles as Human Resources Associate, Office Manager, and Executive Assistant at ReSource Intermediaries, where strategic HR initiatives were developed. Monica also worked as an Overseas Delivery Consultant at Volvo Car Corporation, successfully enhancing customer loyalty through effective program coordination and training. Monica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from University at Buffalo and an Honor Regents Diploma from Spring Valley Senior High School.
