Following this, from 2017 to 2020, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems Technology with a specialization in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance at Seminole State College of Florida.
In addition to their formal education, Charles also holds several certifications. Charles achieved the CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Network+ certifications from CompTIA in May 2009. Charles also obtained a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) certification, though the specific month and year are not provided.
