Alon Ozer has over 17 years of experience in the field of R&D and software development. Alon'smost recent role was as the VP R&D (Product Line Manager) at Frontline PCB Solutions, where they led a team of 40 developers and managers in building and developing R&D projects. Alon implemented Agile methodologies and focused on driving end-to-end R&D of Big Data systems, web-based applications, and microservices. Prior to this, they worked as the VP R&D of Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence, managing a team of 50 engineers and overseeing the development of white light scanner systems. Alon also had a role as a Software Manager and Project Manager at Hexagon, responsible for building a new SW operation and managing various projects. Before Hexagon, they worked at Applied Materials as an SW Group Manager in the CD product line and on the Wafer Mask division, managing multiple teams and projects. Alon also held positions at Orbotech as a Software Group Manager and Software Team Leader, where they managed teams and was involved in all aspects of product development. Overall, Alon Ozer has proven expertise in managing and leading R&D teams, implementing modern SW methodologies, and driving successful projects in the technology industry.
Alon Ozer attended Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 1997 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics & Computer Science.
