Abby Maxman is President and Chief Executive Officer of Oxfam USA. She has over 30 years’ experience in international humanitarian and development operations, including extensive experience in global governance. Previous roles include Deputy Secretary General at Care International and Vice President International Programs and Operations at Care USA. A committed advocate for women’s and girls’ empowerment and gender equality, Abby is known for leading with feminist principles and promoting gender equity in the workplace and communities.
