Peter Ammundsen is a highly skilled Software Development Engineer with extensive experience in programming and engineering across various sectors. Currently at Frontmatec since May 2017, Peter developed an application for Stereo Camera Calibration and software for controlling a 200ID Fanuc robot, utilizing C++, QT Creator, and Visual Studio. Prior experience includes a role as a Software Engineer at TracInnovations, where Peter contributed to a motion tracker utilizing a 3D stereo vision system, and as a Consulting Engineer at Odense Maritime Technology, focusing on FEM calculations and structural design. Peter’s early career includes positions as a student assistant at PRINCIPIA NORTH A/S and KNUD E. HANSEN A/S, involving ship performance simulations and structural drawings. Peter holds a Master of Science in Engineering Design and Applied Mechanics, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering in Naval Architecture, both from the Technical University of Denmark.
