Sayed Shah Mahbobi

Sayed Shah Mahbobi has worked in various roles in the software development industry since 2012. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as a QA Tester at FedEx. During this time, they were involved in gathering requirements and discussing with the development team to understand and analyze product requirements. Sayed Shah was also involved in preparing test plans and conducting reviews of test plans with QA and Development teams. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Selenium Engineer at American Express. During this time, they interacted with the development configuration and operation's team to ensure the quality of software to user expectations. Sayed Shah also tested applications in QA and Acceptance environments by migrating test data stores between the environments. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a QA Engineer at Kaiser Permanente. During this time, they conducted system testing, regression testing, and integration testing with emphasis on data verification within multiple integration layers and tools. Sayed Shah also participated in troubleshooting and triaging issues involving multiple teams for root cause identification and resolution. Currently, they are working as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Frontpoint. Sayed Shah'sroles include developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure product quality, identifying, documenting, and tracking defects using bug-tracking tools, and developing and maintaining automated test scripts using C# as a scripting language.

Sayed Shah Mahbobi has a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from the University of Maryland Global Campus, obtained in 2021. In addition, they have obtained five certifications from KnowBe4, including Anti-Harassment (December 2021), Basics of Fishing (July 2021), Phishing Foundations (July 2021), Secure Passwords with Quiz (July 2021), and Working From Home in Times of Covid-19 with Quiz (July 2021).
