Anthony R. Chase

Anthony R. Chase has been the Director at Frost Bank since May 2016. Prior to that, they were a Graduate Teaching Assistant at The University of Texas at San Antonio from September 2015 to May 2016. From June 2014 to August 2015, they were a Statistical Student Associate at UTHSCSA where they gathered, manipulated, and synthesized count data from RNA-Seq assays for Immunology research studies. Anthony also performed exploratory data analysis on RNA-Seq count data in R to identify differentially expressed genes in longitudinal and cross-sectional comparisons. Additionally, they applied innovative and quantitative analytical approaches to draw conclusions on the difference in magnitude of gene expression and to make recommendations for future experimental designs and methods. Anthony also constructed and presented graphical visualization of analytical results to clients and all levels of management.

From September 2012 to May 2013, Anthony was a Student Research Assistant at the Wicha Bilingualism Lab, UTSA. And from January 2006 to January 2012, they were the Business Owner/ Managing Officer at Osmenena Designs, LLC.

Anthony R. Chase has a Master's Degree in Applied Statistics from The University of Texas at San Antonio and a Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Microbiology and Immunology from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
