Lakshmi Soujanya Padavala

Lakshmi Soujanya Padavala has over 15 years of experience in quality assurance and software testing. Currently serving as a Lead Quality Assurance Engineer at Frost since May 2016, Lakshmi leads quality analysis for Agile Scrum teams focused on P2P Payments and Lending. Prior experience includes a role as a Software Tester at Y&L Consulting for a major banking client in Texas, and as a QA Tester at Adecco Group, overseeing regression test suite maintenance and monthly releases. Earlier career experience includes working as a Business Analyst at WEST in the credit card sector. Lakshmi holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from JNTU University, Hyderabad, obtained between 1998 and 2002.
