Nico Brancolini

Nico Brancolini is an experienced attorney currently employed at FROST LLP since December 2023 and has been a member of the Lambda Legal Emerging Leaders Council since September 2013. Prior to FROST LLP, Nico practiced law at CONKLE, KREMER & ENGEL, where responsibilities included representing plaintiffs in various litigation matters, and at Kiesel Law LLP, focusing on mass torts and personal injury cases. Previous experience includes a role at Baron & Budd, P.C. as a research attorney for class action cases involving financial fraud, and positions at other firms handling a range of civil litigation, including intellectual property. Additionally, Nico contributed as a senior writer for Kheiro Magazine, analyzing law and politics, and provided legal research assistance while working with professors at Loyola Law School. Nico holds a Juris Doctor in Intellectual Property Law from Loyola Law School, as well as bachelor's degrees in American Studies and Political Science from Claremont McKenna College and The George Washington University, respectively.
