Vivek Vaddina

Vivek Vaddina is a highly experienced data scientist, with extensive work experience at a variety of organizations. Most recently, in 2023, they worked as an AI for Good Engineer at FruitPunch AI, which is a global AI for Good community. Prior to that, they worked as a Data Scientist at Sezzle EU in 2021 and FREE NOW from 2019 to 2021. Vivek also worked as a Data Scientist at New Yorker from 2017 to 2019. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Student Intern at Bakken & Bæck AS in 2015, a Student Assistant at OrbiTeam Software GmbH & Co. KG from 2014 to 2015, and a Visiting Intern at the Indian Institute of Astrophysics, Bangalore and Raman Research Institute in 2012. Additionally, they worked as a Summer Intern at the Indian Institute of Astrophysics, Bangalore in 2011.

Vivek Vaddina earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University in 2012. Vivek went on to earn a Master's degree in Media Informatics from RWTH Aachen University between 2013 and 2016.
