Arnaud Ruols has a diverse work experience, ranging from co-founding and holding executive roles in startups to working in the hospitality industry. Arnaud co-founded Fruitz in 2017 and served as the Co-Founder & CFO. Prior to that, they co-founded Flashgap in 2014 and worked as the Co-Founder & Business Developer. In 2013, they gained experience as an Assistant Cost Controller during an internship at Groupe Barrière - Hotel Normandy. Additionally, in 2012, Arnaud worked as a Chef de Partie Formateur / Econome at the Restaurant-Ecole Institut Paul Bocuse Shanghai, where they managed and trained Chinese students in French gastronomy and also handled purchasing and cost control responsibilities.
Arnaud Ruols completed their education at Institut Paul Bocuse. From 2010 to 2013, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts and Restaurant Management. Following this, in 2013-2014, they pursued a License in International Management of Hospitality and Restaurant Operations from the same institute. Concurrently, in 2014, Arnaud obtained a Professional Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Tourism from IAE Lyon 3, which is affiliated with Institut Paul Bocuse.
