Kris Hallan has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Kris started their career as a Manufacturing Engineer at ATK in 2006 and went on to hold roles such as Senior Lean Manager, Engineering Manager in Energetics, AMG Manager for Primer Fabrication & Assembly, AMG Manager for 7.62 Priming & Loading, and Continuous Improvement Manager at ATK. Kris joined Remington Arms Company in 2015, where they served as Value Stream Manager and later as Centerfire Value Stream Manager. In 2019, Kris joined Steffes as the Operations Value Stream Manager and then moved to The Crosby Group as a Plant Manager in 2021. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Operations at Frymaster since 2023. Kris Hallan's experience spans across various areas such as manufacturing, operations, lean management, continuous improvement, and value stream management.
Kris Hallan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from South Dakota Mines, completing the program between the years 2000 and 2005.
