Pierre Whatley

Pierre Whatley, CRCM, currently serves as Principal at FS Vector since November 2021 and is a registered arbitrator with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) since October 2016, focusing on legal disputes in the financial sector. Previously, Pierre held significant positions, including Staff Director for the Subcommittee on Financial Institutions and Consumer Protection in the U.S. Senate under Senator Raphael Warnock, and Policy Advisor for the U.S. House Committee on Financial Services led by Chairwoman Maxine Waters. Additional experience includes roles at Deloitte, Buckley Sandler LLP, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland, specializing in regulatory compliance, legislative analysis, and financial services advisement. Pierre began a solid career in finance and compliance at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, supported by educational credentials from Howard University and the University of Rochester’s Simon Business School.
