Director Of Product Experience at FSI

Joe Stockman has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Joe has held various roles in different companies, showcasing their expertise in product management, customer success, and software development.

Starting in 1992, Joe worked as a Software Development Manager at MicroPower Systems, Inc. for three years. Joe then transitioned to Four Rivers Software Systems, where they continued in a similar role as a Software Development Manager for five years.

In 2000, Joe joined Palomar Technologies as a Software Engineer and stayed there for a brief period before moving on to TeleTracking Technologies as a Sr. Software Developer in 2001.

Joe's career took a major turn in 2003 when they became a Product Manager at FSI. Joe held this position for eleven years and gained extensive experience in product management. Joe then progressed within the company and assumed the role of Manager of Customer Service for two years. After that, they became the Director of Technical Services and Implementations for one year.

From 2017 to 2021, Joe served as the Director of Product Design at FSI, focusing on improving the user experience and design of their products. Subsequently, they led the Customer Success team as the Director of Customer Success for a year. Currently, Joe holds the position of Director of Product Experience at FSI.

Aside from their corporate roles, Joe has also pursued a career as an Author since 2004.
