Karl Martin has a range of experience in the IT and project management field. Karl started their career in 2001 at RM Education as a packager, where they worked until 2003. Karl then moved to Camwood as a Service Delivery Manager, leading a team and managing projects for clients such as Produban, HMRC, Legal & General, Tubelines, Marks & Spencer, and Norwich Union. In 2004, Karl briefly worked as a packager at Legal & General before joining Santander UK in 2010 as a Senior IT Project Manager. At Santander UK, they successfully implemented W10 rollout for 37,000 users and Office 365 rollout for 20,000 users, among other projects. Karl worked in this role until 2019. From 2019 to 2020, Karl worked as an Information Technology Project Manager at Capita, focusing on the smooth migration to W10 and O365 for each user. Currently, they are working as a Business Consultant at FSP, starting in 2020. Karl also has their own professional services company called KRM Professional Services Limited, which they started in 2017.
Karl Martin attended Brimsham Green from 1988 to 1993, where they focused on Maths, English, Science, and BTECH Business & Finance. Karl did not obtain a degree from this institution. Additionally, they hold a certification in APMG Agile Project Management Foundation from APMG International, but the month and year of obtaining this certification are unknown.
