Kathleen Favale has extensive experience in marketing and business development roles. Kathleen is currently working as the Senior Director of Marketing & Communications at FST Technical Services. In this role, they lead a team to execute business development and marketing strategies, manages various tasks related to market research, sales monitoring, and proposal quality control, and oversees internal and external communications.
Prior to their current position, Kathleen worked as the Marketing Manager at FST Technical Services, where they were responsible for directing firm-wide marketing and business development activities. Kathleen also held the role of Marketing Manager at Horizon Engineering Associates, LLP before it was acquired by FST Technical Services. In both positions, they led teams and ensured the financial stability and growth of the firms through various marketing and outreach efforts.
Additionally, Kathleen has experience as a Proposal Manager and Proposal Coordinator, where they were involved in preparing and executing proposals, meeting compliance requirements, and maintaining the firm's brand and message consistency.
Earlier in their career, Kathleen worked as a Proposal Department Associate at FPM Group, where they prepared and executed proposals for multi-billion dollar contracts, tracked proposals and presentations, and maintained databases of company projects and lessons learned.
Kathleen also has experience as a Store Manager at Max Rave LLC (G&G Retail Inc.).
Kathleen Favale completed their education from 2004 to 2008 at St. Joseph's College in NY, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Studies.
