Mark S. Bartlett

Mark S. Bartlett joined the Board of FTI Consulting, Inc. in January 2015 and serves as a member of the Audit Committee.

Mr. Bartlett enjoyed a 40-year career with Ernst & Young LLP, prior to retiring as a partner in 2012. Mr. Bartlett joined Ernst & Young LLP in 1972 and served as a managing partner of the firm’s Baltimore office and senior client service partner for the mid-Atlantic region. Mr. Bartlett is a certified public accountant and has extensive experience in financial services, as well as other industries.

Mr. Bartlett serves as a director and is a member of the Audit and Executive Compensation Committees at T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. Mr. Bartlett serves as a director and is the Chair of the Audit Committee and a member of the Compensation Committee for WillScot Mobile Mini Corp. Mr. Bartlett also serves on the Board of Directors and is a member of the Audit Committee and Nominating and Governance Committee at Rexnord Corporation.

Mr. Bartlett also serves as a director of The Baltimore Life Companies, a mutual life insurance company.

Mr. Bartlett holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from West Virginia University.
