Mary Novak

Mary Novak is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources information systems and management. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Global HR Systems at FTI Consulting since September 2019, Mary leads the HRIS team and drives strategic initiatives while managing complex system integrations. Previously, as Director of HR Information Systems, Reporting & Analytics at the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority from 2017 to 2019, Mary centralized HR operations for a diverse workforce of 13,000 employees. Prior to that, Mary held the position of Director at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, focusing on HR Shared Services and compliance with various employment regulations. Mary holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Frostburg State University.
