Pamela Demaree

Pamela Demaree is an experienced recruitment professional with a background in talent acquisition and corporate finance. Currently serving as Manager of Executive Recruiting at FTI Consulting since December 2019, Pamela has held roles including Lead Recruiter and Senior Recruiter. Prior to FTI Consulting, Pamela worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Deloitte and began a recruitment career at Accenture, where responsibilities included recruitment for Kimberly-Clark. Pamela's recruitment expertise is further supported by experience at Adecco Staffing. Pamela holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Fort Hays State University, earned between 2009 and 2012.
