Rachael Tiller

Rachael Tiller is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition across various sectors. Presently serving as Lead Recruiter at FTI Consulting since August 2021, Rachael plays a key role in guiding organizations in navigating complex business challenges. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Recruitment Partner at Ofcom, where Rachael contributed to regulating the UK communications sector. Rachael has also held senior roles at Essentia Consulting, Grant Thornton UK LLP, and KPMG, leading recruitment strategies and managing teams in risk advisory, management consulting, and other professional services. Rachael holds a Bachelor's Degree in English Language from the University of Portsmouth.
