Sofia Castelli

Sofia Castelli is a versatile professional with extensive experience in consulting and management roles. Currently serving as a Consultant at FTI Delta since April 2022 and as a Nova Talent Member since November 2020, Sofia previously held the position of Trade & Marketing Manager for the UAE at Anheuser-Busch InBev and completed a Global Management Trainee program there. Early career experience includes internships as a Management Consultant Intern at Value Partners and an Analyst at Excellence Consulting, along with a summer internship in the same company. Additionally, Sofia has a background in performing arts, having sung with the junior choir at Teatro alla Scala for over five years. Sofia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from IE University and has participated in an exchange program at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, along with a scientific specialization from Collegio San Carlo.
