Karen O'Connell has extensive experience in hotel management and resort sales, currently serving as the Vice President of Resort Sales & Hotel Operations at Foxwoods Resort Casino since October 2013. In this role, Karen oversees the Front Office and Housekeeping for the 823-room Fox Tower, in addition to managing all Resort Sales, Catering, and Convention business at Foxwoods. Prior to this position, Karen held various leadership roles, including Executive Director of Resort Sales & Hotel Operations and Director of Resort Sales at MGM Grand at Foxwoods and Foxwoods Resort Casino from June 2011 to October 2013. Karen's background also includes significant positions in catering and sales management at notable establishments such as The Westin Providence, Hilton Providence, and Crowne Plaza at the Crossings.
