Neil Glat

Neil Glat currently serves as Board Chair and a member of the Investment and Nominating and Governance Committees at Evolv Technology since July 2021. Glat is also a Board Member at Fubo, contributing to the Compensation and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees from March 2024, and serves as a Senior Advisor at H.I.G. Capital and Infinite Athlete. With prior roles including Board Member at Official ASM Global and Senior Advisor at Arctos Sports Partners, Glat held significant positions at SPORTFIVE as Co-President of the Americas and at the New York Jets as President and Senior Advisor. Glat's earlier experience includes serving as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at the National Football League (NFL) from 1997 to 2012. Educational qualifications include a JD from Harvard Law School and a B.S. in Finance from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
