Jo Sayers

Jo Sayers currently serves as Vice President of Supply Chain and Quality at FuelCell Energy, a role held since April 2024. Prior to this, Jo Sayers held multiple vice president positions at Incora from March 2020 to February 2024, overseeing supplier delivery, global operational excellence, and supply chain functions. Jo Sayers spent nearly 17 years at Wesco Aircraft in various leadership roles, including Vice President of Operational Excellence and Global Procurement, focusing on operational management across Europe, India, and China. Earlier career experiences include positions at BAE Systems, where Jo Sayers advanced from Supply Chain Manager to Director of Supply Chain. Jo Sayers holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies from the University of Humberside and an NVQ Level 5 in Supply Chain Management from The Leadership Academy.
