Amy Harbin

Amy Harbin is an experienced professional in CRM operations and user adoption services, currently serving as the CRM Operations Lead for Fujitsu UK since September 2021. Previously, Amy held various leadership roles at Salesforce from October 2007 to October 2020, including Director of User Adoption Services for the EMEA region, where responsibility encompassed the development and management of user adoption strategies and a team of over 50 contracted resources. Amy also managed enablement and training projects, overseeing significant initiatives such as the Instructor Certification Programme across EMEA. Earlier career experience includes serving as Education Manager for FrontRange Solutions from 2002 to 2006. Amy holds a Diploma in Women in Leadership from Cornell University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Fordham University.
