Peter Sargent

Peter Sargent is a seasoned technical architect with over two decades of experience in infrastructure-focused solution architecture. Currently serving as a Principal Technical Architect at Fujitsu since October 2001, Peter has excelled in various roles, including Operational Lead Architect, Senior Solution Architect, and Solution Architect, leading projects of varying technologies and complexity. Responsibilities have included producing proposals, understanding customer requirements, and completing design documentation. Before Fujitsu, Peter worked as a Principal Technical Services Specialist, delivering remote support and consultancy for Oracle services on Solaris platforms at Fujitsu Siemens and Sun Microsystems. Peter began a career as an OS Support Engineer, providing high-level support for mission-critical servers. Earlier experience includes working as a System Support Specialist at Ricardo, supporting UNIX systems for software developers and consultants.
