Sadie LaFrance

Sadie LaFrance has been working in the field of recruitment for over 20 years. Sadie began their career in 2000 as an Intern at Allina Health. In 2004, they took on the role of Physician Recruiter at Allina Hospitals & Clinics. In 2006, they joined Weatherly Consulting as a Talent Manager and Recruiter, where they sourced, screened, interviewed and hired Financial Services QA/BA/PM/PC/SME candidates, and provided guidance and interpretation in identifying, evaluating and resolving human relations and performance management issues. In 2009, they became a Senior Contract Recruiter at ITR Group, Inc. In 2010, they joined Fulcrum Consulting as a Business Development Executive/Recruiting Manager and later became a Senior Recruiter.

Sadie LaFrance attended Lincoln High School, followed by the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John's University, where they earned their Bachelors of Art in Business.
