Natalya Sadova

Natalya Sadova is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Fulcrum since June 2023, Natalya previously worked as a Senior HR People Partner at UST and led the M&A Department at Smart Tek Solutions and Services, LLC, where responsibilities included conducting audits, integrating acquired companies, and mentoring junior specialists. Additional experience includes roles in people operations and HR generalist positions at AVRspot, freelance IT research at Recruiter Agensi, teaching at a pre-school, and serving as an administrator in a rehabilitation center. Natalya holds a degree from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, obtained between 2005 and 2010.
