Allison Wigand

Allison Wigand is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management, revenue operations, and customer success. Currently serving as a Launch Manager at Fulcrum since September 2023, Allison previously held the role of Revenue Operations Strategist at RevPartners. A significant portion of career was spent at Shopify, where Allison advanced through various positions from Merchant Success Manager to Program Manager over four years. Prior experiences include roles at Handshake as a Customer Success Manager, at Dell EMC as Enablement Lead in Project Management, and several positions at Upserve. In addition to corporate experience, Allison demonstrated leadership as the Head Softball Coach at Mitchell College and gained valuable skills as a Graduate Assistant in Sports Information at Providence College. Allison holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management and Non-profit from Providence College and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mathematics from Fairfield University.
