Ajay Jain has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries. Ajay started their career as an Engineer at Bajaj Tempo Ltd (now known as Force Motors Ltd) from 1988-1990. Ajay then worked as a Project Marketing Executive at Transpek Industry Ltd. from 1992-1995, where they led strategic marketing efforts and managed international projects and joint ventures. Ajay served as the Executive Assistant to the Chairman at Garware Wall Ropes Ltd from 1995-1997, where they oversaw strategic planning, budgeting, financial reporting, and communication channels. Ajay joined Garware Bestretch Ltd in 1997 and held various roles including General Manager (Sales & Marketing), AVP (SCM, Commercial & Purchase), and Business Head until 2013. In 2013, Ajay became the Chief Operating Officer of Garware Bestretch Limited, and later assumed the role of Vice President (Supply Chain & Commercial) in 2019. Throughout their career, Ajay has played key leadership roles, formulated and implemented strategies for business development, and achieved targets in quantity and value.
Ajay Jain completed their B.E. in Mechanical Engineering and MBA in Marketing from the University of Pune between 1990 and 1992. Prior to that, they attended St Ursula High School in Nigdi, Pune.
