Earlier in their career, Sucheta gained valuable experience as a Senior Account Manager at Encore Enterprises from July 2007 to November 2009, where they handled various finance and accounting responsibilities including project due diligence, lease agreements, and consolidation of retail entities. Sucheta also worked as a Tax Associate at H&R Block from October 2005 to May 2006 and as a Consultant at Seven Hills Incorporation from January 2005 to May 2006.

Sucheta Chitnis completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree at Brihan Maharashtra College of Commerce from 1992 to 1997. Sucheta then obtained the Chartered Accountant (CA) degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 1998. Later, they became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Colorado, United States in 2003.
