Rick Hoefling

Rick Hoefling is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management, marketing, and operations across various industries. Currently serving as the Video and Photo / Conferencing and Collaboration Category Manager at Full Compass Systems since 2018, Rick has previously co-founded Stashword, a trusted password manager, and held positions such as Product Manager for The Douglas Stewart Company and Manager of Operations at Sony, where notable product launches generated significant revenue. Additional roles include product marketing management at Sonic Foundry Inc. and several sales positions at companies like Boss International and Lands' End. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Broadcast Technology Management, Advertising and Sales, and Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, complemented by further education at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and a scholarship from Berklee College of Music.
