Siobhán James

Siobhán James has extensive experience in client operations and customer support within the technology and retail sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Client Operations at Fullscript since July 2016, Siobhán previously held roles including Manager of Knowledge & Internal Support Services and Support Operations Specialist after the merger of Fullscript and Natural Partners in June 2018. Prior to Fullscript, Siobhán worked as a Customer Support Specialist at Uplifter Inc. and Pause Productions Inc., and held various positions including Web Content Specialist at Henry's and Customer Service Associate at EB Games. Siobhán also has a background in retail management as an Assistant Manager at HMV Retail Ltd and Key Holder at Music World. Siobhán earned an Associate's degree in Photography from Fanshawe College between 2006 and 2008.
