Under Michael's leadership, fullstop.ai, based in Brisbane, has emerged as a collective of telecommunications and IT specialists focused on automating high-volume customer interactions for medium-to-large enterprises, government entities, and telecommunications companies. Prior to this venture, Michael worked in communications for Virgin Australia from January 2004 to December 2004, overseeing PABX systems and project delivery in complex environments. Michael began their career in ICT as a Level 3 Helpdesk support at Azentro in 2003 and is an alumnus of Anglican Church Grammar School (Churchie), graduating in 2004.
